Brandon Olsen is a cook that has been working in some of Toronto’s best kitchens for years. When it comes to food, he is a very focused individual that just wants to learn as much as he can. Brandon’s passion for cooking is evident through the countless hours he spends in the kitchen. This photo was taken while he was taking a break from a busy day of cooking. Despite the tired look in his eyes, his playful nature comes through and shows us his lighter side.

The only thing that exceeds Brandon’s passion and knowledge of food is his incredible work ethic. I think he would rather be learning and creating in the kitchen than having to take time out to sleep each night. Brandon’s cuisine is thoughtfully and meticulously prepared and most importantly delicious.
Hear Hear. Brandon is not only a fantastic chef but a fantastic person. His culinary skills are subperb – down to the “countdown” as he is preparing a meal for a special occasion. We wish he was in California and await his return!
