		<description>The only thing that exceeds Brandon&#039;s passion and knowledge of food is his incredible work ethic.  I think he would rather be learning and creating in the kitchen than having to take time out to sleep each night.  Brandon&#039;s cuisine is thoughtfully and meticulously prepared and most importantly delicious.</description>
