Ground Short-rib & Chuck Burgers : Cooking

What’s the point buying store bought burgers that have been frozen for months when you can easily put together flavorful patties yourself. Here’s a great burger recipe using ground short-rib and ground chuck from local Ontario farms.

    This is one step too close to meatloaf for me. I make similar but leave out egg and onion. You can always serve with onion on the side.Will agree, though, ground short rib is IT for burgers.
