
They say everything looks better in slow motion and CHOW has shown us that this is especially true for food.
We spend so much of our time in the kitchen quickly dicing and hastily peeling and willing the water to boil faster that we often forget to slow down and appreciate what we are doing.
This is why CHOW has begun to make short films of the things we do in our everyday cooking, such as chopping cauliflower or scaling a fish, only up close, slowed down and with dramatic music over top. The result is artful and captivating.
