
On its online mini-series “Munchies,” VBS.tv has highlighted the late-night eats of chef greats like David Chang, Stephanie Izard and Wylie Dufresne. The latest subject of the post-shift food adventure series is Danny Bowien of Mission Chinese Food.
After a long day of cooking Chinese dishes, Bowien goes out to eat what else, but Chinese. A longtime favorite of his, Bowien has now mastered the art of the day-off Schezwan feast. The video ends with him and his crew back at Mission Chinese, dealing with some live crabs. Watch to see what ensues at the end of it all.
