Emilie Griottes’s Pantone Tarts

Pigments are a part of our everyday lives but the most vivid hues can often be found in the natural world – and on our plates.

It was this colourful fact that inspired photographer Emilie Griottes to begin her latest project. The series poses punchy-colored fruit and vegetable tarts as Pantone paint swatches ready to cover a wall or canvas.
