
We love just about every recipe Heidi Swanson of 101 Cookbooks has come up with and now she has done it again with a simple tomato soup.
And with early September being the midst of tomato season, a simple tomato soup recipe with just a few spices would be perfect to have on hand. It is light and brothy enough for the end of summer but also warm and spicy enough for the beginning fall, wherever you are and whatever the weather may be. She even says you can ladle this tomato soup over farro or rice to make it a meal.
