Make Your Own Nut Milk

If you love almond milk, or any other nut milk, you have absolutely got to make your own at home.

It is so simple and healthy to make your own nut milk and, thanks to Sarah Britton of My New Roots, now you know how to. The Copenhagen chef has made a short film showing us how to make milk from cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, macadamia nuts, walnuts and hazelnuts. Just let the nuts or seeds soak in a bit of water, blend them up and then use a nut milk bag or some cheese cloth to strain it.
