Menno Aden’s Rooms From Above

A view from above is said to offer something new to a viewer’s perspective.

German photographer Menno Aden surely took this into account when creating his room portrait series – each space is depicted  from above. Views of kitchens, convenience stores, a bar and even a picnic seem to be cramped with pots and pans or stacked to soaring heights with food goods.

Yet despite any amount of clutter in Aden’s frame, each room’s contents seem to contain some sense of organization and graphic beatuty.
