Oasis in the City

The interior of Isa looks more like a glorified children’s tree house than the location of a fine dining experience, but that’s exactly what Taavo Somer and Ignacio Mattos had in mind when creating the Brooklyn eatery.

Amidst stacks of firewood and hand painted walls, diners can choose their selection from the collaged menus. Each aspects of this establishment is very much by hand.
