When mingling at cocktails, there is a constant battle of balance that one has with their drink and their appetizer plate.
Many designers have tried to solve this problem with thick, plastic lilypad-looking items to hang your glass on, only to have something snap or for the glass to tip over.
But Japanese designer Oji Masanori has set forth a stylish solution. His Bagel series combines sleek design, organic wood and function, as each personal cup rests neatly within the center of the plate. This way, cocktail partiers can hold onto their plate of olives and their glass of wine with one hand.
