
Fish N’ Chips, Earl Grey Milkshake, Mushrooms on Buttered Toast and Egg Candy were just a few of the bouchées prepared by chef Sam Kim at last weeks On Plate, Still Hungry x Something I Ate event.
The night celebrated the collaboration between On Plate, Still Hungry – a globally based online food and culture magazine and Something I Ate- a collaborative food and art project co-founded by Sam Kim. The half Korean, half Scotch-Irish, New York based chef has been garnering some much-deserved attention from the culinary world with her Korean-American approach to cooking and last weeks launch party showcased much of the same culinary excellence.
The event represented 20 chefs, foodists, and bloggers eating and taking photos of bouchées for the Something I Ate exhibition. Here is a quick video with photos of the event.
