White tablecloths have become a more typical sight the past few years than in the past. The trend of farm dinners has taken off recently as the latest food craze to take advantage of during warm spring and summer months. But when a land artist finds a passion for food and appreciation for the land on a farm, a series of dinners unlike any other ensues.
Outstanding in the Field has existed for twenty-three years, and has been consistently showcasing the native ingredients of each dinner site.
