Parchment Paper for Perfect Pie Crusts

Any pie enthusiast knows that the crust is what can make or break the perfect apple pie.

This is just what the Rethink Canada designers had in mind when they created this pie crust parchment paper for the Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver.

The parchment paper is printed with the eight steps to make a flaky, delicious pastry pie crust and even has a circular guide so that pie crusts are perfectly shaped. There are also details on how to create classic pie fillings like pumpkin or sour cherry.
