Pomegranates, Watermelons and Wool

From human anatomy to some imaginative jewelry, Sarah Illenberger has created a stunning printed collection of art, photography and design.

Using everyday materials, from chili peppers to knitting yarn to wood and leaves, each of Illenberger’s carefully created items tells a story in a way that is simple, abstract, humorous and whimsical. We admire the Berlin designer’s creativity and ingenuity. But what impresses us the most is that Illenberger somehow has us coveting a leafy green dress and an artichoke utensil.
