Rohan Anderson’s Slow, Smokey Cooking

If you can’t take the heat then get outta the kitchen – isn’t that how the saying goes?

This short film comes from Smith Journal, a quarterly publication tailored for gentlemen, and profiles Rohan Anderson, the man behind Whole Larder Love.

Anderson grows, hunts, fishes, gathers and cooks his own food and has even built his own smokehouse for all his cooking needs. The film about Anderson’s smokehouse and the food that he cooks is saturated in the beauty of simple cooking, the old tradition of slowing down and the revival of a cooking process that enhances our food and, one might suggest, our lives.
