In this short film, Edible Selby follows the Intertidal Harvester of Stuff, Kirk Lombard, as he digs deep into the sand for treasures like horseneck clams, razor clams, rock pricklebacks and monkeyface eels. Each are aptly named and not so appealing until Lombard cooks them up in a creamy chowder for himself and his accordion-playing wife, Camilla.
This hilarious short film shows Lombard to be a man who is truly passionate about what he does. Not to mention, he is a pretty good harmonica player.
